Lightweight, compact and portable, the TPE Latex-free formula mimics the stretch, contraction and strength characteristics of a Latex band. Perfect for home and personal use, each package contains 1 (one) 5-foot individual Yellow (X Light) Band. Exercise bands are effective when used alone or with handles and anchors.
